What questions do you have for Carmen on Magento?

Carmen is giving a presentation at our next meetup on Magento, which is an open source eCommerce platform.

I'll start: How long would an installation take, assuming I've never used Magento but have installed other platforms like Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, etc.?
