This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but Meetup.com has a bunch of small business groups.

I guess it's a blatant plug for my employer, but Bank of America has one.

I haven't spent much time on there since I did some exploring shortly after the launch (1 yr ago), so I can't vouch for its usefulness.

Also, there's a local group, which does offline meetups as well, but I believe has an active bulletin board/discussion forum.

Thank you for the help out. It's funny you mention Bank of America's Small Biz community. I worked in BofA's eCommerce division for 7 or so years and my wife who is still with the bank mentioned the online community just after it's launch. I will have to give it a whirl and post my thoughts as well as the results of my search.
